The best decision ever to use Mark Thompson as my Vendor’s Advocate. Mark was recommended to me and from the get-go his professional commitment, knowledge, communication and guidance through the process of selling my home made it easy. He is a great advocate, very caring in his approach and determined to secure the smoothest selling process with the maximum result. I recommend Mark with the highest of praise.

I could not recommend Mark more highly.I had a house and I used his services as my seller advocate. He was my ally, he advised me to spruce up my old commission house in Reservoir, I thought the place could only be of interest to a developer as a knock down, but
he advised that some bright paint inside and a few bottles of handy andy would transform the place to open the market to home owners pushed out of the inner city market, so i did.
It sold before auction for a price, that i thought was over $50,000 that I could have dreamed of !..A real estate agent will sell just whatever you show them, having Mark at your side is like having a trusted friend giving you balanced and genuine advice. He knows the market and saved me a lot of money by cutting out worthless advertising expenses that agent’s will sting you for when advertising solely on the net was just as effective, and he guided me to the best/efficient conveyancer ever.
And his fee came from the fee that i paid the agent anyway, he cost me in reality nothing !.
And the agent, who he recommended but who he worked well with (but Mark remained my independent advocate) was an experienced no nonsense senior bloke who had 40 years experience in Reservoir .
So if you are after an advocate who really cares for his clients, who is honest and hard working and who will help you in the biggest financial decision of your life, talk to Mark and you will not regret it.

We recently employed Mark Thompson to help us sell a unit in Montmorency. First off, he helped us select a reputable Real Estate Agent from the local area and negotiate the terms and conditions of sale. The unit was in need of renovation and he guided us on what was necessary to be completed to obtain maximum worth of the property. The program prior to the auction date ran smoothly and we were given detailed information from the Agent and Mark. The day of the sale was cold and damp. We only had one bidder and our reserve was not met. Mark highly recommended that we not accept the under bidder’s offer on the day and the property was passed in. We were offered substantially more on the Wednesday and the unit was sold successfully. We were delighted with the result and would recommend Mark Thompson as an advocate, whether buying or selling.
